Strawberry Rhubarb Chutney is a fruity and balanced chutney with a round strawberry flavor, fresh rhubarb acidity and a mild heat from fresh cayenne. Black pepper adds a slightly more grown-up depth and a discreet note of licorice lies in the background without taking over.

This chutney is made for the cheese platter, but also works really well with charcuterie, halloumi, grilled chicken, pork and biscuits.
