WCZ Bourbon BBQ Dream is a full-bodied BBQ sauce with a distinct bourbon feel, roasted peppers, coffee, soy and chili. The taste is sweet but not too sweet, with a light smokiness, deep umami and a round heat that lifts the food without taking over.

The roasted peppers give the sauce body and grilled sweetness, while bourbon, coffee and soy build a darker depth that is perfect for burgers, ribs, chicken, pulled pork, fries and barbecue. It works as a table sauce, glaze and basting sauce.
