WCZ Honey Dragon Glaze is a dark, sticky and umami-rich premium glaze built around soy, honey and chili with a long warm finish. The taste starts sweet and rich before black vinegar, deep soy umami and slowly building chili heat take over.

Yod Son and Prik Jinda push the chili profile forward with clear presence without the glaze losing balance or utility. Osmanthus sits discreetly in the background, providing an elegant rounding rather than a clear floral flavor.

The texture is thick, glossy and sticky without being heavy. The result is a glaze that works just as well with caramelized cabbage and rice as it does with salmon, tofu, noodles and oven-roasted vegetables.
