Fermented chili sauce with Long Horn chili, hibiscus and date vinegar.

Fermented Bloom Dream is a milder fermented chili sauce with fruity acidity, floral hibiscus and round heat from Long Horn chilies. Cold-mixed after 29 days of fermentation, it has a fresh, deep and slightly vinegar-driven flavor profile without being heavy or overly sweet.

The hibiscus gives the sauce a darker, floral tone while the date vinegar builds a softer acidity than regular vinegar. Orange pepper enhances the fruitiness and makes the sauce extra nice for food where you want flavor, acid and chili without burning your whole face, which humanity for some reason often seems to strive for.
