Jalapeño Lime Crunch is a tangy, fresh and crunchy finishing condiment built for hot grilled food. The base is salt and crunch, the acidity comes from citrus and citric acid, the depth from fried garlic, tomato and coriander seeds.

Green jalapeño adds a fresh chili heat while cayenne and black pepper add a distinct but controlled finish. Sprinkle it over grilled corn with butter, freshly grilled chicken or roasted vegetables right when the food is hot.

It's not intended as a regular rub – it works best as the last layer when you want acidity, saltiness, crunch and just the right amount of heat in every bite.
